An ever-so-slightly-sweet and toasty Mexican lager, brewed with flaked corn, Pilsner & Vienna malts. Fermented with a new Novalager yeast from Lallemand Brewing, then dry-hopped with citrus-y and tangerine-y Mandarina Bavaria hops. A subtly pithy and bready lager inspired by both sides of a very large pond. Ein Prosit y Salud!
