HAIL THE PALE is a easy drinking DDH American Pale Ale that gives you character of a session able IPA hit but not the heavy booze aftermath perfect for a sunny afternoon. We have blended our favourite hops of Simcoe, Mosaic & Cascade with a new comer Sabro that is fast becoming a brewery favourite for its complex tropical fruit and citrus flavours. This balanced malt profile helps showcase how the hops compliment each other to give you a fruity citrus aroma with the subtle pine and stone fruit character that is easy to spend an afternoon kicking back with.
