Another one from the cellar. I really should buy more La Sirene, this is fantastic. That sweet floral La Sirene nose. Beautiful balance of sweet, sour, tart & funk. Hints of lime, apricot, lemon sherbet, grapefruit, acetic acid and a touch of malt.

A bit more sour and funky than 01, the two years in the barrel brings fine interactions on the palate, but seperate and more pronounced without the extra time. Still a worthy companion to a sunshiney Saturday.
