Très complexe, des notes fruitées (mirabelle, abricot), de cuir, c'est vineux, acide mais tout en maîtrise. Ça tire vers le cidre. Presque pas de bulles, belle longueur en bouche, c'est très très bien fait. Rien à envier à de très bonnes gueuze

Vineuse, acétique et un peu boisée. Très peu de bulles, c'est fruité (pomme, mirabelle, abricot), on a du funk, du cuir et ça rappelle un cidre en plus complexe.
