C'est original, en effet très fruité mais c'est principalement la vieille prune et le bois qui dominent. Très puissante. Je l'ai bue à l'apéritif et en début de repas, ça m'a beaucoup plu, je pense qu'elle serait fameuse sur certains fromages (roquefort?)
