I loved the idea of this beer, but there's just so much going on here, probably too much alcohol, too... there's funk here, and the grapes, and even the saison, but overall, I'd prefer for it to be slightly more restrained 🌾

Quand même spécial par rapport a d'autre grape ale que j'ai gouté. Pas très acide, meme un peu sucré!. Texture vineuse. Pas très complexe, fruité.

Manque un peu de complexité! Faiblement soutenu en vin!

À lire les anciens commentaires, on dirait que cette bière s'est bonifiée avec le temps. Pas trop vineuse et équilibrée.
