Une édition 2019 qui a pris de l'âge à la cave. La coco arrive en entrée de bouche comme un éclair, puis arrivent des saveurs plus prenantes de cacao. C'est surtout la barrique de cognac qui finit par prendre de la place et apporter de la longueur

Kind of thin palate, but a lot of flavors going on. Roasty, coffee, vanilla, oak, licorice, cognac. Quite boozy, sharp alcohol. I like it

Boinaud cognac barrel aged imperial stout from France, brewed with coconut and maple syrup, aged for 6 months. Quite decent, roasty flavours, cognac, maple, coconut, oak, tanins. Gets at his best when it warms up.

In de neus één en al chocolade met kokos. In de smaak pure chocolade met een beetje karamel en kokos. De kokos komt mooi naar boven. In de afdronk kokos en vanille. Licht eiken karakter.
