Nog eentje van het #BBABF2024. Imperial Stout waarin de amarene kersen ruimschoots aanwezig. De amandelspijs herken ik niet zo. Gerijpt op een bed van frambozen in een eiken vat. Met afstand het zwaarste “bier” dat ik gedronken heb.

La cerise amarena est très présente, la framboise aussi en deuxième rideau. La texture est assez épaisse, renforcée par la pâte d'amandes. Le passage en fût se fait moins ressentir mais ça reste un gros stout bien maîtrisé, très rond mais très agréable.
