#homebeercalendar2022 - Bière #19 - joli concept à mieux maîtriser! Nez chocolat/pistache. En bouche chocolat/vanille/pistache. Longueur sur notes de café, pistache grillée, lactose. La bière est pas mal. J’aurais aimé sentir plus la pistache.

Thomas Bernabé: Enzo S. Oui mais en goût, je n’aurais pas été contre un peu plus de pistache. Tellement surprenant d’en avoir dans une bière que je fais mon gourmand!
Enzo Sagona: Thomas B. Les fruits secs c'est hyper compliqué à faire ressortir. Quand tu les sens a fond, tu peux être sur que c'est des arômes.
Thomas Bernabé: Enzo S. Je me doute, à moins de faire une bonne pâte de pistache par exemple ou autre. Mais je comprends ce que tu dis. Faudra voir avec d’autres brassages. En tout cas elle est bonne, juste manque d’une petite chose que j’adore trouvez chez Iron!

C'est en déclin. On commence à avoir du soja. On reste malgré tout sur un petit côté café, mais je ne sens plus que le lactose en finale. Pas de note. La brasserie n'y est évidemment pour rien, la bouteille a a quasi 3 ans
