A nice black lager unfiltered. Beautiful complexity with a roasty/chocolate approach but than comes a anis flavor. Dry and not sweet like a light beer.

J'avais juste envie de boire une DIPA, mais je trouvais qu'il était un peu trop tôt. J'ai finalement opté pour une tmavé à 3,9%. C'est plus sage. Amertume très présente et asséchante, classiquement tchèque, un mix de grillé/cendré/sucre brun le fun.
