Nagini Black Pils

Nagini is a black Pilsner. While we know that there is no such thing, (except for those that have been brewed before), we just had to brew one. What makes this a Pilsner is that it consists primarily of Pilsner malt, is finished with Lager yeast, and has the hop bill that we give Verklemmt, our classic Pilsner. Unlike a stout or porter, it is very malt forward, with virtually no roast, coffee, or bitter flavors. If anything, you
