Hopped Up Brown

A smooth drinker with lots of roasted malts, it is brewed in a brown ale style, but dry hopped with Centennial, producing a clean, dry finish.

We will never brew this beer again - only because we don’t know how. Hopped up was our very first brew on our new system. Imagine piloting a ship, with all kinds of fancy equipment that just doesn’t seem to work for you, and then being forced to revert to simple math and basic skills. In the end, you show up safe and sound at the harbor, and happy to tell the story. We’re not afraid to tell you that it’s our first. Not only is this beer tasty, but it being the first one out, makes it special. Enjoy it while it lasts
