Harvest Collab IPA

This is a special beer. Not only is this a collaboration between Koehler and Big Rail, but also with local purveyors of fine ingredients grown in our own back yard. We used malted rye from CNC malting in Fenelton, PA grown in Williamsport, PA. We also used 43 pounds of fresh wet hops from 3 sources:
Comet hops from Hazy Daze Hop and Lavender farm in Prospect, PA
Nugget hops from the Hop Stop Farm in Sandy Lake, PA
Cascade hops from our dear friend, Teke right up the street.
