It's a little funky to try the normal version and immediately to compare it with the barrel aged, 4 years older one. The difference is huge. This one is a way more sweet, with light aftertaste of raisins. It's very close to Westvleteren 12 now. Lekker!

4,5 jaar na bottelen. Zoetig met een zuurtje en je ruikt/proeft de bourbon op de achtergrond. Heeft iets portigs door het lange op fles lageren. Maar past perfect bij het eten. Juist door het lichte zuurtje. Smaak is wel anders dan de 'standaard' prior.
