Dry and flavoursome. Sulfur notes off the yeast. Only 3.2kg malt for a 25L brew but dried to 4.6%

Given this was just a starter beer for a super beer and didn't have a pilsner yeast, it's turned out to be my most pilsner like beer

This beer has continued to show and drink really well. I think because it ended completely dry.
