Kings Country - Cherry

Our Milk stout brewed with cherries is a dark, thick ale with very low carbonation, it has notes of sweetened coffee, espresso, and chocolate, but is not cloyingly sweet like candy, rather it has a subtle sweetness reminiscent of whole milk. The aroma is cocoa powder, espresso and vanilla with a noticeably full mouthfeel that unfurls the flavor of dark coffee and cream, burnt sugar and peaty roast. The flavor is nicely balanced, the sweet cream of lactose buffering the malty notes and offsetting the earthy contributions of chocolate malt and roasted grains.
