We spent a week in Tuscany sitting still for the first time in a long time, looking out over the same hills each morning and evening between daytime adventures. It was only March, but it was warm. The rosemary and apple trees were beginning to flower, and countless English daisies and buttercups peppered the rolling green hills.
For this Italian Pilsner we utilized traditional and modern German Grown hops. Expect a rounded spice and floral hop character, clean malt base, and a pleasant yeast profile. Show Less
