Side Country

Brewed to emulate some of the great IPAs fro the state of Vermont, this Golden IPA exists somewhere between a West Coast IPA (with bold bitterness, brightness, and dry finish) and a New England IPA (with its modern, juicy fruity flavors and aromas.) We started with a base of Golden Promise and accentuated it with Golden Naked Oats and then hopped it very deliberately with Vermont grown Chinook from our friends at Champlain Valley Hops. Finally we fermented with a yeast sourced from a top brewery in the Green Mountain State and finished with heaps of Citra, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. The end product is a juicy West Coast IPA bursting with notes of fresh pine, peach, and pineapple with a refreshing back end bitterness that will leave you wanting an Show Less
