It's settled, this just needs a week of cold keg conditioning. This is what I was expecting when I brewed it: soft mouthfeel, lime-like zest from the coriander, and a smooth bite of tartness.

It's evening out well in time. The body feels a little softer. Clarity is higher now. The salt has mellowed, and the coriander is making a better presence.

Finished very dry from a very healthy kölsch yeast starter pitch. The salt comes through a lot, the coriander not as much. Hopefully, the coriander comes out more in time. Very light body from the dry finish.

Fantastico (obviously biased since it's my brew). I used Imperial Dieter yeast this time and kept it at the lower end of the temp range. Increased the coriander by a bit, and the salt by a gram. Clean, slight malt character, ane lemony from the coriander.
