Probably should have saved this for the Kentucky Derby. What complex flavors nice warmth on the tongue like drinking bourbon. Roasted, gorgeously dark with slight boozy wings. Maybe retire in KY of beers are this good.

The Carmel and some of the oak comes out. You can taste the lactose as well. I don't get much of the malt, but the bready, heavy comes through as well.
