Brendan: What was the thought behind aging an IPA? It's not the thought hasn't crossed my mind. Was it intentional or a cellar find?

Mike Ranella: Brendan it technically wasn’t a ipa but rather, a wild pale ale, mixed culture, aged in oak and then dry hopped. That said, the dry hopping added a layer of flavor. So it was the dry hop element that faded. I had one fresher and it was better
