Surprisingly, not gross! Carrots are just barely there, mostly it’s the Fernet spice on the aroma and taste. it’s a good saison, could do with a bit more body, tone down fernet botanicals a bit.

The earthiness of the carrot is awesome and when paired with the barrel character and the botanicals, everything is balanced beautifully. Worth the wait and I’m glad I have one more Averie beer left.

4.4. My last KT bottle. Going to have to make another trip. Description says Autumn in a bottle but this worked great on a cool spring day also. Very unique. The flavors from the fernet botanicals really popped. So many different spices. Well balanced.
