To a base of Super Pale malt and Vienna malt we start with a large kettle charge of NZ Chinook to form a subtle bitterness with low IBU. Post fermentation we begin the first dry hopping stage by hitting it with masses of hop pellets then to really crank up the aromas we utilise our hop rocket system by forcing the beer under pressure through a bed of hops to pull out all those oils and hoppy goodness. The result is a beautifully pale IPA with a decent malt backbone thanks to the Vienna. This showcases all the complex flavours and aromas of one of our favourite hops. Show Less
