Ягодный аромат, во вкусе - терпкость черноплодки с лёгкой кислинкой. Заявленная клубника где-то прячется (возможно, смягчает терпкость и добавляет кислинки). Соль смешивается с кислинкой и практически не ощущается (имхо, это +: не люблю соль в sour-ах).
