Acidité wildish bien franche, un peu vineuse, corbeille fruitée même si l'ananas (peu mûr) n'est pas des plus évident à déceler si on ne le sait pas, fruits rouges, soupçon d'abricot, finish plus céréalier pour modérer l'ardeur du tranchant. Cool!
