Golden pour, small white head. Aroma of cedar, lemon, herbs. Taste follows with notes of grass and pine. Spicy, woody mouthfeel. Excellent.

8 years in the cellar for this one. Seems like a few years too many. Beer was well carbonated on opening. Citrus is there, slight sour still. Still cedar, but a odd cedar. Some lemon pledge'esqe cleaning product notes as well.
