HELD FOR 3 YEARS. The bitterness is mild, but holds on for dear life. Saison spring funk notes mellow the citrus hops to a minuet support. Floral hops instead, parade the tastebuds in a light enjoyable way. This was meant to be opened in the Spring; oof.
