Last had on cask in Grasmere 6 years ago. I quite like this, although the strawberry makes it a bit sweet. It’s a shame the brewery is now closed. Carlsberg Marston’s bastards.

York Beer Monster: I did the brewery tour in Cockermouth twice pre Marstons- it was a thriving place, everyone in the Lakes drank it locals and tourists alike. Marstons blandified and butchered the recipes and decimated the brand and sales. Fools!
