An American pale ale with wasabi added at the end. The Cascade hops really covers most of it, but you can get the most faintest - and I mean faint - taste of wasabi, but because it’s so faint, it lacks that bite wasabi is known for, so it’s just a beer.

Nice. Very light wasabi flavor, just enough to complement the normal ale flavor.

Wayne D: Other than well-hopped beer, wasabi is one of my favorite flavors. Sushi tomorrow for sure! 👍🍻🍣
Mark Scheitlin: Sounds like fun. But I guess if chiles work in beer, why not wasabi?
Shane: So weird i had to grab one. Could be a sushi beer i suppose?
Mark Scheitlin: Probably would make a pretty good pairing.
Scubettas S: Sounds exciting to try, I’m into it. I wonder if there is a Rice Lager out there with wasabi…might be too much for that soft style 🤔🤤👍🏼🍻
