You Can Get With This

Oats have broad applications depending on beer style. Occasionally, they accentuate texture derived from other sources, such as our hefeweizen Feed the Monkey, or provide the bulk of the mouthfeel in beers such as Over The Line. However, our latest IPA, You Can Get With This is, finds us using over 40% oats, the most of any beer in any style we’ve produced. Such a tremendous oat addition establishes the perfect platform for the tropical hop assault of Strata, Mosaic Cryo, Citra Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo.
