DDH Unfiltered Czech the Technique

In order to have a full-on hop assault in Pilsner form, we have taken Czech the Technique, our take on the venerable Czech pils, double dry-hopped it and left it unfiltered, resulting in a truly unadulterated drinking experience. The additional dry hop of Czech Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh form a one-two noble aromatic punch teeming with sensations of earthy grass and herbal tea, while the drying sensation from cracker-like Pilsner malt leaves the beer eminently drinkable.
