I’m trying to be less fetishy about “silent” breweries - my 3rd last Pretty Things. ~10 yrs old; pure sweet straw, lemon drop (lemon w/ Triple Sec) w/ complex, subtle clove, earthy-like-Saison-Dupont, jasmine flower & maple sap notes. My god it’s so good.
