Somewhat funky, a little more complex than expected. Wasn’t sure what to expect - you don’t often get a sour these days with no advertised adjuncts that just asks you to appreciate the tartness and/or funkiness.

Off to a fantastic start in what is about to be a line up of bangers! A Tun of good stuff on tap. A rustic, earthy sour with a hint of barrel/funk on the side. Well balanced.
