Not doing a side by side but this one seems a bit drier. Caraway stood out more in the base. Both are really solid.

It’s very effervescent with so many bubbles it is very active. It’s a bit sour. A touch twiggy. Quite bitter but a nice malt backbone. I still don’t love it, but there is a lot going on.

Beginning to notice a trend with Is/Was where the nose is fascinating but not as much confirmation on the taste. But, I am getting a sense for their house culture and that's a cool thing for a young brewery
