Multitude of complex flavors shine through in this beer. Notes of spice, peppercorn, cereal in the end. Aromas of grape and toasted bread

Assertive, abrupt rye spice and then it almost totally disappears. After the first few sips a tiny bit of maltiness lingers.

Not enough rye, silky mouthfeel, sweet finish.

Saison-y yeast flavour slight rye spice. Not too bad, I'd crush some more in the summer.

Orange, thin head. S: bubblegum, slightly winy. T: bubblegum, slightly acidic, a bit watery. I don't really like it.

I get some of the orange notes, but not toasted bread or pie crust. The black peppercorns hit on the back of the tongue!
