An India Pale Lager featuring the US hop Mosaic. This beer utilises a pale grain bill with a light biscuit character, a clean cool lager fermentation, and copious quantities of one of our favourite hops, Mosaic. This hop provides a complex array of tropical fruit, pine, and resinous flavours and aromas which take on particularly juicy notes due to the double dry hop process utilised in this beer. All of the hop character that you want from an IPA, but with a crisp and refreshing finish thanks to lager fermentation. Deceptively drinkable. Show Less
