It's a hot day and nothing goes down better than a well balanced Saison (I'm thinking Dupont) IMO. This is better than the middie from Impi: Herbal/earthy/tea-like Rooibos, blends well with musty/drying Saison yeast. A Bitter finish. S'right. 6/10.
