Reverence

Few beers capture our imagination like the monastically brewed ales of Belgium. The purpose to serve the world through intentionally-brewed beers is something we derive from the monks. Into this—our first Trappist-style Tripel—we went the extra mile. We imported all the malt from Belgium, coupled it with citrus-forward American hops that work well with this style, and played the sounds of monks chanting in the production area during the entire brew day and for the length of the fermentation process, just to make the Belgian yeast feel at home. May the product of this process enhance feelings of reverence and desires to do good things together. Show Less
