Just like your childhood toy, this Witbier is bright and colorful. This traditional Belgian wheat based beer features passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, grape and lemongrass undertones all rounded out with sweet orange peel and coriander, typical for the style. Slightly warmer fermentation temperatures allow this traditional Belgian yeast strain to develop a very slight tartness that brightens this naturally hazy and effervescent brew up.
