In de Amerikaanse onafhankelijkheidsverklaring staat het volgende:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they
are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness."

"Alle mensen zijn gelijk". Gelukkig geldt dat niet voor bier! Wij vinden bijvoorbeeld dat onze Lady Liberty best speciaal is: Onder een mooie schuimkraag gaat een dieprood en fraai gebalanceerd bier schuil, met een prettig mondgevoel en fruitige bitterheid. Het bier dankt zijn kleur aan 5 verschillende geroosterde gerstemouten, terwijl het aroma uit Amerikaanse hopsoorten komt. De speciaal uit Amerika geïmporteerde gist maakt het geheel fantastisch gebalanceerd.

"All men are equal". Fortunately that does not apply to beer. We think that our Lady Liberty for example, is pretty special: covered by a beautiful head it is a deep red and wonderfully balanced beer, with a nice body and a fruity bitterness. The colour is achieved by using 5 differently roasted barley malts, whilst the aroma comes from typical fruity American hops. The specialised yeast is imported from America, it helps to balance each wonderful flavour perfectly.
