I’ve been looking for a traditional Norwegian farmhouse ale and it’s really unique… definitely Kveik yeast at its best. Super refreshing, clean, and fruity. The juniper is subtle. I wish this kind of beer was more common.

The juniper is stronger in the taste with pine and grainy malt. The pine elements are a bit stronger as well. There are some spicy elements with a bit of pepper that is noticeable in the background.
