Licht beige dunne kraag op dieprood bruine kleur. Neus van tannines, alcohol, vanille. A: van karamel, pruim, vijgen, licht tabak(rook),vanille,donkere rozijnen, rondom in de mond. S: wat karamel, terug pruim,vijg, 🥃 blijven lang hangen, subtiel zoetje.

Zo...een tijdje extra rijping doet dit bier wel goed. 'vers' vond ik hem wat tegenvallen maar nu valt alles mooi op z'n plaats. Vat zeer zacht aanwezig. Tonen van caramel, toffee, vanille, vijgen en tabak. Topper!!
