Soms vind je wat in een schap. Wat er al 4 jaar staat. Een 4 jaar gerijpt bier. Bijna 2 jaar over datum. Geur rood fruit. Cara zoet.Vettig.Afdronk.Alcoholisch. Zoet . en de syrup kun je nog steeds goed proeven in de nasmaak. Mooi zacht en in balans.

Rex Parker: Sorry Ray N. I forgot I had this one in the kitchen fridge. Pretty sweet, the ones we had were all better, IMO. But of course a stroopwaffle cookie barleywine is going to be sweet :)

Giant LCI pile. I’ve had quite a few beers with stroopwafel added, but this one does the best job by far. Very delicious.
