Did a bit of a cellar dive & found this Tripel. I think it’s from 2018. Flavours have developed into Sherry like notes. Hints of those bold Rioja notes but feel that barrel has ebbed away. The brett is surprisingly muted.

Very...unique? Sweet yet bretty. Pours very flat. Definitely has a winey taste but overall the flavours work really well
