Pours a hazy copper to amber with a medium white head and an aroma of vanilla, lime, vinegar, tropical fruit, yeast, banana and dough. The taste is medium sour with a medium body and medium carbonation. OK

Figured this would be long past drinkable having found it at the back of my beer shelf. Must have been great fresh; citrus , cloves, and a subtle and well balanced acidity and tartness. The malty backbone was a welcome surprise.

May 18. 330ml bottle. Aroma has some noticeable fruity pineapple notes. Taste is moderately tart, crisp, with a gentle fruity presence encompassing lemon, pineapple and distant hints of lime. Alright refresher.
