Gooseberry Counter Counter Clockwise

Introducing our newest Farmhouse Beer: Counter Counter Clockwise. We brewed this batch 11 months ago with a rye forward malt base and aged it in French Pineau des Charentes Oak Puncheons. Fermented with Belgian Yeast to 7.1% ABV, Counter Counter Clockwise, features a delicate balance of notes of Oak, Apricot, subtle Funk and Honey. Featuring a hint of dryness up front and finishing with a silky sweet note, Counter Counter Clockwise is the result of how time and patience work to create something unique. We split this batch in two and conditioned them in the Puncheons on Passionfruit and Gooseberry respectively to add one more layer to this pleasantly complex brew! Show Less
