It all starts with a monster grainbill. An Imperial IPA, brewed with tons of flakey oats, wheat, and barley. All of those extracted sugars were hit time, and time again, with pounds of Citra, and El Dorado hops. Lactose sugar was then added to the boil, leaving behind a bit of Marsh-Mallow-y, Bubble Gum sweetness, and aroma in the finished beer. A wonderful counter to the massive late hop inclusions. Towards the end of of this beers tank life, right before making its way to you, not one, but two heavy dry hoppings of Citra, and El Dorado blended itself nicely into this dangerously crushable brew. Cheers.
