Outlook Cloudy #6

We finally jumped on the Zappa bandwagon - only took a few years :). This turn is soft on the palate and heavy on the citrus. Lots of orange from the Zappa and Cascade, with light citrus/tropical notes from Citra and Mosaic, and a little help from some Azacca cryo at knockout. ENJOYYYYY!

We developed our Outlook: Cloudy series for our customers to get to know the hop varieties and combinations they enjoy! It's a SUPER FUN learning experience, so whip out your phone and take some notes on the flavors and smells you experience each time we brew it! We'll keep the base malt recipe the same and switch up the hops so you can distinguish your favorites! Then you can keep an eye out for them when you're out and about, trying other local breweries....because we KNOW our customers like to keep it local and support their favorite Texas Craft Breweries!
