HC always seems to do stout well. No difference here. Strawberry is pronounced but not fake or artificial. Chocolate on the back end is subtle keeping this from being overly sweet. The 12%is so well hidden here it's quite impressive. 1 is plenty.

I can’t imagine a strawberry stout being executed much better than this one. The nose is reminiscent of those strawberry candies your grandparents always had lying around. Taste is similar but with a big chocolate note and subdued vanilla. Not bad.
