Tulsi

Named for the Hindu goddess Tulsi, this golden ale unites the flavors and traditions of two distinct cultures that are thousands of miles apart. Belgian Pilsen malt is complimented with Belgian candi sugar, Indian jaggery (compressed palm sugar), and a small amount of specialty malt to produce the foundation of the beer. Noble hops, and a blend of three varieties of tulsi give the beer a unique yet familiar floral aroma and flavor to the beer.
